About Cornerstone Reformed Baptist Church
We are a Biblical and Reformed Christian church on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We exist to obey the Word of God, sing His praises, proclaim the Gospel, and share life together — all for His glory alone.

What "Reformed Baptist" Means
Reformed Baptist churches hold to the doctrines of grace (sometimes called Calvinism), practise believers' baptism by immersion, and are committed to the regulative principle of worship — meaning we order our services according to what Scripture prescribes.
We subscribe to the Second London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689, the historic confession of Reformed Baptist churches. Our full statement of beliefs and our church constitution are both published on this site.
Our Distinctives
Six defining convictions that shape how we worship, live, and proclaim the gospel.
Jesus Christ — not man
Jesus Christ is preeminent in all things. He alone is our authority, our aim, and our glory. We are not centred on human agendas.
The Scriptures — not human opinion
We do not build on personal stories, cultural trends, or man-centred thinking. The Bible alone is our final authority — sufficient, unchanging, and faithfully taught among us.
The Gospel — not mere experience
We proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ — His life, death, and resurrection — the only message that saves and transforms. We do not offer emotionalism and man centredness.
Discipleship — not empty belonging
We are not content with Sunday Christianity. We are called to make disciples — men and women who follow Christ, grow in holiness, and are increasingly conformed to His likeness.
The Church — not superficial connection
We are more than a gathering. As the body of Christ, we are committed to genuine, accountable, and loving relationships — bearing one another's burdens and growing together in truth.
The Truth — not compromise
In a shifting world, we stand firmly upon the truth of God's Word. Even when it is costly, we will not compromise, for His truth is unchanging and worthy of our full allegiance.
Our Worship & Preaching
Our Sunday gatherings centre on expository preaching — Scripture taught faithfully and clearly, passage by passage through books of the Bible — together with congregational hymn singing, a corporate Scripture reading, and the Lord's Supper each week.

We gather every Sunday at 3:00 PM at 2 Arjuna Way, Gaven — serving the northern Gold Coast, from Nerang and Pacific Pines to Oxenford, Helensvale, Maudsland and Parkwood. Visitors are welcome any week.
